International Journal Multidisciplinary : Economics, Management, Law and Education. encourages contributions that respond to important issues in management education. The overriding question that guides the journal’s double-blind peer review process is: Will this contribution have a significant impact on thinking and/or practice in Economics, Management, Law and Education.?

 

Contributions may be either conceptual or empirical in nature, and are welcomed from any topic area and any country so long as their primary focus is on learning and/or teaching issues in management or organization studies. Although our core areas of interest are organizational behavior and management, we are also interested in teaching and learning developments in related domains such as human resource management & Economics, Management, Law and Education, organizational development, etc. We are open to all approaches to scholarly inquiry that form the basis for high quality knowledge creation and dissemination within management teaching and learning.

 

The International Journal Multidisciplinary (IJM) is dedicated to promoting interdisciplinary research and scholarly inquiry in the fields of Economics, Management, Law, and Education. Our journal provides a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to explore diverse topics and perspectives at the intersection of these disciplines.

Economics: IJM welcomes submissions that advance theoretical understanding and empirical research in various branches of economics, including but not limited to microeconomics, macroeconomics, development economics, international economics, and behavioral economics. We encourage contributions that address contemporary economic issues, policy implications, and emerging trends shaping global economies.

Management: IJM seeks to publish innovative research that contributes to the theory and practice of management across different sectors and contexts. Topics of interest include strategic management, organizational behavior, human resource management, entrepreneurship, innovation, operations management, and sustainable business practices.

Law: IJM provides a platform for legal scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to explore the intersection of law with economics, management, and education. We welcome submissions on various legal topics, including but not limited to business law, international law, corporate governance, intellectual property law, environmental law, and legal aspects of emerging technologies.

Education: IJM publishes research that advances knowledge and practice in education, including educational policy, curriculum development, teaching and learning methodologies, educational technology, assessment and evaluation, and educational leadership. We encourage submissions that address issues of equity, diversity, inclusion, and educational innovation.

Authors are strongly encouraged to have their work reviewed and evaluated by their colleagues prior to submission for formal editorial review. Guidance for authors may be garnered by examining what JME has published in recent years, by studying the journal’s submission guidelines, and by communicating with members of the editorial board, the editorial team, or the editor.
